Since Elastifile’s inception, we have dedicated ourselves to delivering best-in-class storage solutions, designed and built for the cloud era, empowering our customers to extract maximum value from their business processes. File-based data is the fuel for many of those processes and we take pride in making file storage simple, scalable, and enterprise-ready in the cloud. In pursuit of our goals, we’ve continuously evolved to better service our customers, while also advancing our vision for modern, elastic, cloud-integrated IT. We help enterprises take full advantage of cloud.
As a continuation of this journey, we are extremely proud to announce that Elastifile has entered into an agreement to join Google Cloud, subject to customary closing conditions. Take a look at Google’s blog post here.
The strong synergy between Elastifile and Google Cloud is exemplified by our common, unrelenting commitment to quality customer experience, and by our shared mission to make data more accessible and useful. The relationship between the two companies is longstanding and only deepened in recent months as we co-developed and introduced Elastifile Cloud File Service, the first fully-managed, scalable file storage service on GCP. Support for elastically scalable ‘file storage’-as-a-service is a natural complement to GCP’s elastic Compute services. Together, we already deliver seamless compatibility and scalable cloud resources to a broad spectrum of enterprise workflows, making cloud adoption easier than ever before.
Now, as we join the Google Cloud team, we are eager to build further upon our joint success, providing even more value to our customers. As entrepreneurs, we aim to build value that lasts throughout the years. Together, we are absolutely convinced that joining Google Cloud will enable us to serve the market with the best file storage service in any cloud, developed in a stimulating environment where our team members will continue to thrive. We are immensely thankful to our customers, our team, and our investors for their long-lasting dedication and commitment.
Exciting times and endless possibilities. We look forward to the days ahead.
